We currently ship across India.

2. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping within India on all orders.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 10–12 working days after dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly based on your location, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
6. Missing or Misplaced Packages
If your order is marked as Delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please check with neighbours, guards, or the courier
- If still not found, contact us at cindraspprt@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
Please note that CINDRA™ is not liable for lost packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll help you coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
